We had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean and had personable staff. The location seemed great to events we attended. Besides, it was near other stores, Graceland and downtown Memphis and both family and area attractions. The room was nicely furnished, beautiful on the walls in the kitchen curtains.

The manager, Katrina Blackshear, went above and beyond to help fix my situation. She listened to my story and worked tirelessly to make sure my family had a comfortable stay. She even allowed us to check into a double bed room instead of a king size bed room, which was perfect for our family of four. Katrina stayed with me for two hours, dealing with the Marriott rewards department and making sure my points were reissued correctly. She even went as far as taking my phone to another hotel so we wouldn't be put on hold again. I was truly impressed by her dedication and exceptional customer service. My family and I are grateful to Katrina for saving our vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service.

I booked reasonably large brand-new room on the walls in the kitchen curtains. Location: the hotel was just next door to both family and area attractions, the center of many great eateries, and Southaven. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from O'charley's, ate there couple of times.

We had a very nice stay thanks to the venue's very friendly and attentive staff. The bed was amazing, and the room itself was large. The location in a really nice area was decent and nice for us.

We recently stayed at Residence Inn in the two bedroom suite for three nights. The layout was fantastic and provided plenty of space for our family. The breakfast was a hit with my husband, although the early timing didn't quite suit me. The location was ideal, with convenient access to nearby restaurants. The highlight was definitely the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring everyone was comfortable throughout our stay.

Despite the positives, we would recommend this hotel. The expensive rates and lack of daily towel replacement, along with unhelpful staff, .

The hotel is clean. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is nice and hot. I liked my room, it was well-organized and well-furnished. The location is excellent, right by the gulf coast, close to family attractions, area attractions, and many great eateries. This is a go-to venue in South Haven!

The position of the hotel was decent, close to airport.

Had a wide range of options for breakfast, it was good hot. Nicely furnished, good sized room on the walls in the kitchen curtains, everything was great. The location was favourable - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Even the Memphis International airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away.

The hotel had a great location right off the interstate, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like skill sinks and complimentary water bottles. The hotel also offered a good breakfast selection, including bacon and a toaster for a hearty start to the day. The staff was personable and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The towels in the rooms are of good quality 🛁 and the air conditioning functions well.
